The short version of using Forum 360.
Forum 360 is software for confidential peer groups — a small room of entrepreneurs, not an internet forum. These terms match the product: one annual anonymous 360, AI rewording, and Stripe billing. If you need a lawyer’s novel, this isn’t it; if something here is unclear, email us.
The service
You get one private forum workspace and one annual 360 cycle for up to 12 participating members: invites, reminders, magic-link sign-in, a personal report for each member, a shared forum-health report, PDFs, and year-over-year history. Organizers can prepare a draft cycle for free. The annual credit is used when invitations first send.
Price and billing
$499 USD per forum per year, billed annually through Stripe, plus applicable tax calculated from your billing address. It renews automatically until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Canceling or a failed renewal blocks only the next review — never a cycle already underway, and never previously released reports or history.
Anonymity is the product
Members write about each other. We reword every comment with AI, delete the original text, and combine voices so a report doesn’t point at a person. Don’t try to unmask who said what. Don’t share someone else’s private report. Organizers see checkmarks, not answers. If you use the product to harass, deanonymize, or publish another member’s private report, we can suspend the forum.
What the reports are (and aren’t)
Reports are coaching written from your group’s reworded answers. They are not legal, medical, therapeutic, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee that the room will like what it reads. You are responsible for how your forum uses them.
Your roster, your room
You may only add people who belong in that confidential peer group and who should receive a magic-link invite. You’re responsible for the names and emails you enter. We send transactional mail (invites, reminders, report-ready notices) to those addresses.
Availability and limits
We run the product carefully and we will not pretend it’s infallible. AI rewording can miss a tell; a worldview someone has voiced for years cannot be disguised by software. We don’t warrant uninterrupted uptime or a particular outcome for your group. Folly operates Forum 360; Canadian law governs these terms.
