If you are responsible for 8–15 forums — or more — this is not a chapter license and not a discount. Forum 360 is $499 per forum per year. You can start several. Each room gets its own cycle, its own reports, its own scorecard.

One invoice, one forum, one annual cycle. About 30 minutes per person, once a year.The chair of that room adds members, sends invites, and releases. You do not get a portal of everyone's personal 360s. That would break the product.

What you can do: point every chair at the same pack, the same sample, the same price. No seats. No tiers. No call with us.

1. Send chairs the Slack pack and the group scorecard. Let the room consent before anyone pays.
2. Time it to the retreat calendar— three to four weeks out — if that is when attention already exists.
3. Each chair starts their own forum. $499 each. Not a bundle. Not a volume deal we have not offered.

Five of the founder's own forums are grandfathered free. New forums are not. If a chair asks for a discount because you introduced them, the answer is still $499.
