Most forums already spend on the annual retreat — a house, a facilitator, a weekend. Forum 360 is $499 for the whole room, about one-tenth a facilitator, paid when you send. Run the cycle three to four weeks before you leave.

About 30 minutes per person, once a year. People need a window. Three to four weeks is enough to finish, generate, and release before anyone is on a plane. Reports land privately first. The retreat is then a place to sit with the group scorecard — not a place to fill out a survey.

The facilitator you already hired can walk a scorecard. They cannot invent a personal 360 the week you arrive.

Private reports stay private. The room discusses only the shared forum-health scorecard. That is the same rule as the morning-after script. The retreat just has more time.

If you already run EO's or YPO's pulse before the off-site, keep it. That is a checkup on the room. This is the personal 360 plus the scorecard you can actually run as a meeting.

1. Send the Slack pack and the group scorecard. Get consent. Then pay when you send invites.
2. Close the cycle a few days before travel.
3. Release when you are ready. Members read their private reports alone.
4. On site: the scorecard, the three prompts, one norm. Not a second 360 around the table.
