I sat through a 360. Then I built this for my own forums.

1. Your chair adds the members. Pays $499 when invites go out. Not before.
2. Each person spends about 30 minutes. AI rewords every comment. Originals are deleted. The chair sees checkmarks, not answers.
3. Reports stay private until the chair releases them. The room discusses the scorecard. Personal reports stay personal.

Run it 3–4 weeks before the retreat.
