What a forum is in EO and YPO (not a message board)
The questions people actually ask before they bring this to the room.
Here, a forum is a confidential peer group — an EO or YPO forum, a self-run group, or a mastermind. It is not a message board or an online discussion board.
- A forum
- 6–10 entrepreneurs who meet every month, in confidence, for years. Typical room: about seven people. Hard cap here: 12.
- A forum 360
- A forum 360 is the annual anonymous review for that room: every member reviews every member. Each person gets a private report; the forum gets a scorecard.
- Price
- $499 per forum per year. The whole room. No seats, no tiers.
- Time
- About 30 minutes per person, once a year.
- Anonymity
- Every comment is rewritten. Raw text is deleted. The organizer sees checkmarks, not answers. Fewer than 3 reviewers, and that report is never made.
What is a forum?
In EO and YPO, a forum is 6–10 entrepreneurs who meet every month, in confidence, for years. Same people. Same room. They talk about the real stuff — the business, the marriage, the thing they can't say to the board.
A typical room is about seven people. The hard cap on Forum 360 is 12. If a consistent group of peers meets on a rhythm and talks about real things — a YPO or EO forum, a self-run group, a mastermind — it fits.
Starting from scratch — no EO, no YPO, no chair? How to start a forum.
What is a forum 360?
A forum 360 is the annual anonymous review for that room: every member reviews every member. Each person gets a private report; the forum gets a scorecard.
About 30 minutes per person, once a year.
$499 per forum per year. Not a pulse. Not a company HR 360. The annual instrument for that confidential peer group.
How is a forum 360 different from a pulse?
A pulse — EO's Forum Health Survey, or the YPO Connect equivalent — is a checkup on the room. Results go to the moderator or the portal. Dues already bought that.
A forum 360 is a personal 360 plus a forum scorecard. Every member reviews every member. Each person reads their own report privately. The room discusses only the group scorecard.
What does Forum 360 do?
Once a year, every member reviews every member. Feedback is reworded so it's anonymized, constructive, and actionable. Each of you gets a personal report that reads like a sharp friend; the forum gets a scorecard on itself.
About 30 minutes per person, once a year.
How much does Forum 360 cost?
$499 per forum per year. One annual cycle for up to 12 members. No seats, no tiers, and nobody will email you to hop on a call.
$499 across seven members is about $71 a person, per year. Add your members first. You pay $499 when you start the cycle. Billed annually, plus applicable tax, and it renews until you cancel.
How does anonymity work?
Every comment is rewritten before it appears anywhere, so phrasing and pet expressions don't survive. Ratings appear only in aggregate. The organizer dashboard can query exactly one thing: who has finished.
The moment the report is generated, the raw text is destroyed. If fewer than 3 people review someone, that report isn't generated at all. The one honest limit: if a member has voiced a particular view out loud for years, no software can disguise a worldview.
That's the room this is for.
The ask is about 30 minutes per person, once a year. $499 per forum per year.
