How does anonymity work?
- Every comment is rewritten before it appears anywhere, so phrasing and pet expressions don’t survive.
- Ratings appear only in aggregate.
- During an active cycle, the chair’s dashboard shows who has finished—not what they wrote or how they rated anyone.
- Raw text is cleared after a reworded version is stored successfully. If processing fails, that item is held out of the report run and retained for retry.
- If fewer than 3 people review someone, that report isn’t generated at all.
The one honest limit: if a member has voiced a particular view out loud for years, no software can disguise a worldview.
